Mrs. Olgard-Rufin is an Associate at CBRE Affordable Housing. Her primary role involves working with the analyst, marketing, and escrow teams to execute transactions nationwide. Prior to this role, Emma worked as a Financial Analyst with CBRE Affordable Housing. Her experience as a Financial Analyst coupled with her experience working as an Assistant Real Estate Manager with CBRE Property Management has allowed Emma to pull from various experiences to better leverage her role on the Investment Sales team.
