EXPERTISE With over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, Emily specializes in tenant representation for The Woodmont Company. Her experience is broad and extensive with an emphasis on strategic planning, market planning, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions and transaction services for restaurant, grocer, hospitality and entertainment. She embodies a unique background in real estate, with an acute understanding of tenant relationship, business acumen and consulting services for companies in fast food quick service, casual dining, grocery and hospitality. Emily leverages her experience to be an integral part of the out-sourced real estate team for both established chains and up and coming institutions while consciously developing long term strategies for profitable and sustainable growth. Whether providing market penetration or expansion services she works closely with her clients to truly comprehend their vision, business and goals, by understanding their core customer and the demand for their services, serving them not only in a brokerage capacity but as an outsourced real estate department. EXPERIENCE Emily began her career as a Real Estate Manager for KFC. She spent the next 20 years in corporate Real Estate with McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Church’s Fried Chicken, Round Table Pizza, EL Pollo Loco, Marriott and Sheraton Hotels. In 1989 Emily decided to change her direction from working in-house to becoming an outside Consultant/Tenant Representative for Vons/Safeway charged with the task of store dispositions and anchor and shopping center re-tenanting. Subsequently she has been engaged in a similar capacity for 30+ Chain Restaurant concepts, developing roll out strategies, market penetration, location assessment and site locations in numerous markets. Her other areas of expertise include development of pad spaces, 1 – 3 acre multi Tenant developments, CUP Presentations, Traffic Studies, Zoning, variance, parcel map applications and planning. She is especially proficient in dealing with Franchisees with multiple concepts developing their sustainable growth strategy, site selection while orchestrating and obtaining all approvals necessary for their pre-construction of projects.
