As a First Vice President in CBRE Atlanta's Brokerage group, Elliott Grand and his partners are responsible for the marketing and leasing of a number of office buildings and business parks, including One Buckhead Plaza, Piedmont Center 5-8, Royal Ridge, Great Oaks, Falls Pointe, 11450 Technology Circle, Wildwood Center and Atlantic Station. Mr. Grand’s clients include Parkway, Granite Properties, KBS, TPA Group, Vision Properties and CBRE Global Investors.
Mr. Grand offers a unique combination of real estate, finance and research experience that has proven advantageous to his clients. He began his career in 2004 as a Financial Analyst for CBRE’s Southeastern Region Financial Consulting Group (FCG) where he provided state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial and corporate clients. During his tenure with the group, Mr. Grand underwrote approximately $1.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Grand joined a CBRE investment sales team in 2007 and was involved with the disposition of approximately $100 million of institutional and non-institutional grade commercial properties. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Grand worked for U.L. Coleman Properties in Shreveport, Louisiana where he was responsible for creating detailed quarterly reports on the real estate market and the economy.
Mr. Grand plays in several tennis leagues and is actively involved with Buckhead Church and Will’s Club.
