Elliot Schnitzer has over 30 years of experience in the Washington DC area real estate industry. Elliot plays a key role in all phases of the Company’s activities: acquisition and development, financing, asset management and the oversight of property management and construction services. Elliot received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University and a law degree from the University of Chicago Law School.
