Elliot Pope

As Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, Elliot Pope is responsible for overseeing and managing the Corporate and Project Finance functions, as well as facilitating capitalization strategy for the company and its development. His primary responsibilities include managing banking relationships, as well as serving on the senior executive staff committee while reporting to the CEO Steven Guy. Elliot joined the company in 2019 after a 15-year career in various corporate finance roles including most recently with real estate owner and developer Zamagias Properties in Pittsburgh. At Zamagias Properties, Elliot was responsible for all banking relationships, financial analysis on new and potential developments, asset management, tax planning and reporting, oversight of the accounting department, as well as various family office matters for ownership. He began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young in New York City. Elliot holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, with a concentration in Accountancy and a minor in Finance, having graduated Magna Cum Laude. In addition, he holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and is an active Certified Public Accountant (Tennessee).
