Hands-on and in-charge Senior Management Executive reporting to the President of this closely held, multi-entity, warehouse-Industrial development, management and construction firm encompassing 111 buildings located in the states of New Jersey, Indiana and Pennsylvania totaling 15.0 million square feet. Responsible for all aspects of operations and management of Company’s own portfolio as well as institutional third-party owned buildings including lease deal analysis, debt financing and administration, ongoing tenant relationships, property and casualty insurance, lease negotiation, environmental inspections, building capital improvement and maintenance programs.
