Bio
With over 10 years of diverse real estate industry experience, Elliot Howell, managing director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in July 2017. Based in North Carolina, Mr. Howell is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets in the Southeast.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Howell was a managing director at Trammell Crow Residential (TCR) in Atlanta. During his four-year tenure with TCR, he was directly involved in all phases of the development of over 2,000 multifamily units across the Southeast. Prior to TCR, Mr. Howell was an associate at JLL in their Southeast Multifamily Capital Markets Group. Before JLL, Mr. Howell started his career with an Atlanta based bank.
Mr. Howell received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
