Bio
Elliot Alchek is Senior Vice President and Director of Capital Raising for Brickman. He is responsible for raising capital for Brickman's various activities including comingled funds and equity for individual properties.
Mr. Alchek was a Partner of Credit Capital Investments (CCI) and a member of its Investment Committee and later an advisor, from 2010 until 2014. CCI is the investment manager of The Teak Hill Fund, a long/short investment fund that employs a deep value approach across the corporate capital structure. From 2002 to 2009 Mr. Alchek was a Partner and Managing Director of DKR Capital and President of DKR Capital Securities Corp. with responsibilities for Fund development, investor relations and marketing. He was also a member of its investment committee. Prior to that, he was with Goldman Sachs in New York and Chicago from 1983 through 2002. During that time, Mr. Alchek held several supervisory and executive capacities, including Managing Director and department head. His responsibilities included leading equity distribution for the CDO group globally, co-heading structured finance and leading sales of Municipal Bonds nationally.
Mr. Alchek received his B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, The University of Pennsylvania in 1978 and M.B.A. with Honors, from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business in 1984.
