Bio
Elizabeth’s responsibilities include oversight of the full development process for the Crescent Communities Commercial business, including land acquisition, design, entitlement, permitting, construction, leasing, land sales, budget preparation, and project sales throughout the Carolinas and Tennessee. She is an LEED Accredited Professional and has her real estate broker license in NC and SC. She received her BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from UNC-Chapel Hill.
