Bio
Elizabeth Mahoney oversees all new acquisitions. She assists in the sourcing of potential acquisitions and leads the underwriting, due diligence, and closing process for new investments. Covering a broad range of asset classes, she identifies strong investment opportunities including ground-up development, rehab, value-add opportunities, and core deals. She also provides financial analysis for the firm’s development and asset management initiatives.
Prior to joining Berkeley Investments, Liz was a Senior Analyst at Anglo Irish Bank Corporation in the Commercial Real Estate Lending Division, where she managed a diversified loan portfolio of over $1B in the aggregate.
She is a graduate of The University of Connecticut (BS in Finance).
