Bio
Ms. Keough joined MAA in mid-2019, having served six years as general counsel for EdR, a public student housing REIT. Following the sale of EdR to private real estate company Greystar, Ms. Keough briefly served as a managing director for Greystar Investment Management. Prior to her in-house experience, Ms. Keough was a director with the law firm of Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C., with previous experience at two other Memphis based law firms. Ms. Keough earned her B.S. from Vanderbilt University and J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
