Elizabeth Furnelli

As Managing Director, Elizabeth Furnelli leads EDENS in strategic development and retailer relationships in the Northeast and New York regions. Since opening the regional office in 2002 in Boston, Elizabeth has played a strategic role in doubling the size of the portfolio, building out the regional team and creating one of the most selective retail portfolios in the Northeast. During her 16 years in the industry, she has executed deals totaling more than 5 million SF, and has played a critical role in the company’s success in the high barrier-to-entry markets of Boston and New York. Elizabeth serves on the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) New England Idea Exchange Conference planning committee and is a licensed real estate broker. She is also an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI). She received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
