Elisabeth Tefft

Elisabeth Tefft is the Managing Director of CBRE's National Retail Partners Mid-Atlantic team with offices in Washington, DC and Radnor, PA. Elisabeth specializes in managing dispositions, marketing initiatives, compiling proposal materials, offering brochures and memoranda, and coordinating team workflow. Areas of expertise include analyzing properties and their associated market areas for clients’ planned dispositions, lease abstracting, drafting property and market summaries, conducting market research, and assisting in financial evaluations, models and analysis for income producing investment grade retail properties.

Prior to joining CBRE’s National Retail Partners – Mid-Atlantic team in 2012, Elisabeth served as the Accounting Supervisor of CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region for nearly 10 years where she oversaw the accounting, reporting, and broker compensation functions for the Washington-Baltimore region as well as legal compliance and the timely accounting of sale and lease transactions.

Elisabeth holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from George Mason University and a real estate license from the Commonwealth of Virginia. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at the House of Mercy Food Pantry & Thrift Store and the Hilda Barg Homeless Prevention Center.
