Elaine Dell'aquila

Elaine Dell’Aquila comes to the company with over 20 years of commercial real estate experience with various institutional owners and investors. Elaine’s primary areas of expertise are leasing, construction management, and the property management of mixed-use commercial assets. Her dedication to providing quality customer service has proven successful with her ability to stay engaged with her clients and tenants. Prior to joining The Swig Company in 2017, Elaine held various real estate positions at Oracle, RREEF, Manulife Financial, CBRE and Harvest Properties. Elaine has a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, East Bay and has earned her RPA and FMA designations from BOMA-International. She is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and is active with BOMA-SF.
