Bio
Mr. Bouskila has a wide range of expertise in multiple facets of real estate and has transacted in over of $500M in real estate assets with a primary focus on the multifamily sector. Prior to becoming a principal at Certes Partners, Mr. Bouskila acquired, developed and managed a combined 3,000+ residential and commercial units in the New York metro area. Previous to this post, he served as Director of the JESTA Group, a Private Real Estate company with global real estate assets in excess of 1B USD. There he focused on the acquisition and management of distressed real estate and debt in the United States. Mr. Bouskila received a B.S. and M.S. from New York University where he received numerous academic and service awards including Dean’s Honor List, Bronfman Award for Community Service, and the Presidential Scholarship Award.
