Eileen Hallquist

Eileen Hallquist, Director of Asset Management, is responsible for the asset management and investment performance of The Green Cities Company office and retail properties. Eileen has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on asset management, ground-up and value-add development, and sustainability. Previously, Eileen served in senior executive positions at Vulcan Real Estate, the Black Creek Group, the JBG Companies, and Lowe Enterprises. Eileen holds a BS in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia. She is a LEED Accredited Professional, licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington state, and a former Registered Architect in the District of Columbia. At home on the Kitsap peninsula, Eileen and her husband pursue homesteading activities with their vegetable and flower gardens, fishing, hunting, and foraging. She is also a long-distance swimmer.
