Efren Ales

Efren Ales has over twenty years of experience in the residential and commercial real estate industries and is a Principal at Bayshore Investment Partners. Mr. Ales provides oversight and supervision for the asset management and operations of BIP's portfolio. Most recently, Mr. Ales tenured as the Vice President of Asset Management and Operations for Brickell City Centre, Swire Properties' $1.5 Billion mixed-use project spanning 5.3 million square feet. Mr. Ales played an integral part in the design, development, and subsequent asset stabilization of the project. Previously, Mr. Ales was the Chief Financial Officer for an REO to Rental Single-Family Home operator based in Miami, Florida. Early in his career Mr. Ales worked as a CPA for both private and publicly traded organizations with significant emphasis on internal controls. He then progressed to provide executive level leadership and management for private equity, family offices, funds, and multi-national conglomerates in the commercial real estate sector. Mr. Ales holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Accounting with concentration in accounting information systems from Florida International University. He has been a licensed CPA in the State of Florida since 1997
