Edward Setton

Mr. Setton specializes in the underwriting and acquisition of multi-family assets. He is also directly in charge of securing private and institutional equity and negotiating with lending institutions in placing debt proceeds for the portfolio and new acquisitions. Mr. Setton began his real estate career in high school and college, working summers and in between breaks, alongside his grandfather Joseph A. Shamah. His mentorship and other direct lessons have proven invaluable in Mr. Setton’s ability to identify investment opportunities with an on-the-ground and holistic understanding of property acquisitions. Today Setton represents the third generation of this family real estate company. He is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a major BS in Business and Finance.
