With over eight years of experience in the leasing sector, Edward’s comprehensive skill set, market insights, and commitment to delivering tailored solutions make him a trusted advisor for clients. In his role representing tenants, Edward leverages his profound understanding of market dynamics and his extensive network of relationships with developers and landlords. This enables him to craft and negotiate favorable terms for his clients. On the landlord side, Edward demonstrates a keen ability to assist institutional and private capital ownership groups in maximizing the value of their assets. His experience encompasses various types of properties, ranging from traditional grocery-anchored shopping centers to ground-up mixed-use developments across Southern California.
Prior to Matthews™, Edward worked with Global Fund Investments where he successfully leased and managed a portfolio of 12 grocery-anchored and neighborhood shopping centers totaling over 1.35 million square feet. Edward also worked with Rubicon Realty Group in Houston, Texas at the start of his career in real estate.
