Edward Fritsch

Mr. Fritsch has served as a director of the Company since February 2012. Mr. Fritsch is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Highwoods Properties, Inc., a REIT publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Joining Highwoods in 1982, Mr. Fritsch was a partner in the predecessor firm which launched its initial public offering in 1994. In 2004, Mr. Fritsch assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fritsch is also a member of the Executive Board of NAREIT and served as Chair of its executive committee in 2016. Mr. Fritsch is also a member of Wells Fargo’s central regional advisory board, a member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Foundation Board, a member of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Real Estate Holdings, and a member of Dix Park Conservancy Board.
