Bio
Mr. Aloe is the Founder, President and CEO of CALCAP. He is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and performance of the company and its affiliates, CALCAP Financial, CALCAP Properties and CALCAP Asset Management. Mr. Aloe is also Chairman of the company’s Investment Committee responsible for guiding the overall investment strategy of the firm.
Prior to founding CALCAP, Ed was a Regional President for IndyMac Bank, where he was responsible for managing the Correspondent Lending Division for the Western U. S. He was a Founding Member of prestigious Sales Executive Council (SEC) and responsible for over $10 Billion in purchased mortgage assets.
Mr. Aloe graduated from the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. degree in Business. He has served on the Board of Foothill Family Services, a Non Profit, and has actively raised money for Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and the UC San Diego Foundation He also serves on the Real Estate Committee for the USD Burnham-Moores Program. Ed resides in San Marino, CA with his wife and three children.
