Eddie Chen

Eddie Chen is Chief Operating Officer for the Fund, where he is responsible for Fund operations and administration, as well as acquisitions and asset management oversight. Mr. Chen also serves as an Executive Director at Gemdale USA, where he assists Chairman, Yi Zhu, on planning and implementation of various corporate initiatives. Mr. Chen brings over 10 years of real estate investment and consulting experience and held positions in UBS/Gemdale China Real Estate Fund and The Boston Consulting Group, where he invested in and/or advised on deals for leading developers including Gemdale, Country Garden, CFLD, and Huafa. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Tongji University and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern California.
