Bio

As Executive Vice President of Asset Services for the CBRE | 

Raleigh office, Ed is responsible for providing comprehensive leasing

and marketing services for institutional owners and investors of major

office and industrial assets in the Research Triangle area.  He is

directly responsible for overseeing and executing all phases of property

leasing and key client relationships as well as new business

development.  Additional responsibilities include disposition

strategies, overall market analysis, and select tenant representation.

Ed has twenty-five years experience in the commercial real estate

industry in the greater Research Triangle with an emphasis on leasing

and management of Class A office properties.  He has been involved in

over 700 transactions exceeding $300 million in volume.  Recent

significant transactions as the landlord's representative include 73,000

SF with Duke University and 32,000 SF with Triangle Orthopedic

Associates.

Ed's prior experience includes development, leasing and operations as

the Chief Operating Officer for Craig Davis Properties and Vice

President of Leasing for the Mid-Atlantic Region of Daniel Corporation. 

His initial professional experience was as a leasing agent and Senior

Marketing Representative for publicly-traded Highwoods Properties Inc.,

one of the largest owners of office and office-flex properties in the

Research Triangle.
