Bio
As Director of Investments, Ed Hernandez is involved in property acquisitions, capital raising, and investment strategies. A 25-year commercial real estate industry veteran, Ed’s experience includes investment sales of office and industrial properties on the West Coast with Cushman & Wakefield and Trammell Crow Company. Since 2000, he has analyzed and transacted over 50 million square feet of assets valued at over $10 billion on behalf of institutional and private capital.
Prior to 2000, Ed was senior investment analyst and asset manager at Mutual of New York (MONY) and Pacific Gulf Properties where he oversaw investments, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio management, as well commercial loan origination.
Ed received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from UCLA and master’s degree. from Chapman University. He holds a California real estate license.
