Ed Halaburt

Ed is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He specializes in asset disposition and equity sourcing to all capital markets clients for their industrial assets. Prior to joining JLL in 2014, he worked as a senior financial analyst with HFF in Chicago, focusing on all commercial property types. During his tenure at HFF, Ed contributed $2.8 billion of closed debt and equity transactions.

Ed began his career at Cushman & Wakefield where he was involved in industrial market research and capital markets capacities.
