EB Kelly

EB Kelly currently oversees Rockefeller Center. In her role, Ms. Kelly manages day-to-day operations of the center, including leasing, asset management, placemaking, and the operating businesses including Rainbow Room, Bar 65 and Top of the Rock. During her tenure at Tishman Speyer, Ms. Kelly has worked on the New York Acquisitions and Development team, Debt Capital Markets team, Innovation and the launching of Zo, and served as the Investment Committee Secretary. Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Ms. Kelly was the Special Project Coordinator for the New York City Mayor's Office of Capital Project Development under Mayor Mike Bloomberg, where she managed implementation of priority development projects including the High Line, the new Whitney Museum and the Brooklyn Cultural District. She also worked on the redevelopment of the World Trade Center site for the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation. Ms. Kelly is a board member of the Friends of Governors Island and the Fund for BRIC Arts Media Brooklyn. She holds a BA from Yale University and a JD from Harvard Law School.
