Adarryl Dreher

Adarryl is a member of the Pittsburgh Capital Markets team concentrating on land, multifamily and office assets. Adarryl brings 20 years of diversified real estate experience that encompasses all functions of commercial and residential real estate including development, leasing, financing, and property management. Acquisition and disposition transaction experience on over $1 Billion in commercial and residential real estate.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Adarryl led his own real estate investment and land development company, Amani Development, where he partnered with national builders and developers. Before founding Amani, Adarryl was the Vice President of Real Estate Investments for RIDC, Pittsburgh’s leading private, non-profit economic development organization focusing on economic growth through real estate development.

Before rejoining RIDC for a second stint, Adarryl served as Director of Asset Management for The Humphrey Companies, a WBE affordable and market rate developer based in Columbia, MD. Adarryl holds a Masters in Business Administration from Point State Park University and a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems Management from Robert Morris University.
