Ben is a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Capital Markets Group with more than ten years of experience at the company. In his role, Mr. Cooper works closely with members of C&W’s many service lines to assist corporations, institutions and other owners and users in maximizing real estate value through the use of structured financial products, involving tax, capital and accounting strategies. Mr. Cooper leads the Corporate Capital Markets Group’s credit and net lease placement practice, maintaining an extensive network of insurance, bank, and net lease investors in order to enable efficient marketing processes and achieve optimal execution for clients.

Mr. Cooper has worked on transactions including sale leasebacks, mortgage financings, capital leases as well as other structured lease transactions, and advisory assignments on behalf of corporate and institutional clients including AT&T, Verizon, Citigroup, EntreCap Financial Corporation, The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Marsh & McLennan, Ericsson, and Scholastic. Ben graduated from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering.
