Duy Q. Ngo joined CBRE in 2017 as Capital Market Analyst with the firm’s Investment Properties-Southern California (IPSOCAL) group. Mr. Ngo’s team—a leading sales brokerage group with an annual volume exceeding 50 transactions and $1 billion—focuses on the disposition and acquisition of investment properties on behalf of local, national and foreign investors. His role focuses on the production and delivery of collateral for business development and property marketing, with responsibilities that include market research and synthesis, copy writing, data analysis, and drafting of offering memoranda and pitch books.
Prior to re-joining CBRE, Mr. Ngo was an Asset Management associate at Mobilitie, the largest privately-held telecommunications infrastructure company in the United States. In that role, he managed a national corporate real estate leasing portfolio consisting of 30 offices with monthly lease payments exceeding $1 million. He additionally executed lease administration and property services for the company's $100-million owned real estate portfolio consisting of 65 tenants in a dozen residential, multifamily, and commercial assets.
Mr. Ngo began his commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, where he assisted with the successful execution of over 55 office and industrial sale transactions, covering more than twelve million square feet and valuing more than $1.5 billion over the course of 5+ years. Mr. Ngo was also a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs in New York City, New York.
