Dusty Eddy

Dusty Eddy is a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for 29th Street Capital. Living in Phoenix, Mr. Eddy is the local market expert in charge of all multifamily acquisitions in the Southwest, with a primary focus in Phoenix, Arizona and Las Vegas, Nevada. He has acquired and managed over 3,200, value-add, units across those markets. Mr. Eddy has over 18 years of real estate investment, development and asset management experience in various property types including multifamily, retail and medical office. He has participated in transactions valued at more than $1.6 billion in that time. Immediately before joining 29th Street Capital, Mr. Eddy was the Acquisition Manager with Healthcare Trust of America where he closed $455 million in investments. Mr. Eddy obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the University of Notre Dame where he graduated magna cum laude. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he graduated with honors.
