Dustin D Stolly

Dustin D. Stolly serves as Vice Chairman and Co-Head of the company's capital raising operations and is also in charge of sourcing debt, equity, and platform and asset level capital recapitalizations as well as selling loans across all commercial asset classes. A 19-year industry veteran, Mr. Stolly has executed more than $150 billion in transactions throughout his career.

Mr. Stolly joined Newmark from JLL's New York office, where he was a managing director in the capital markets practice for 10 years. Mr. Stolly was also a member of the company's New York City leadership committee. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Stolly was an investment banker for 5 years.

Mr. Stolly has been recognized numerous times in Commercial Mortgage Observer's Power 50 ranking of the 50 Most Important Figures of Commercial Real Estate Finance, including being ranked #1 brokerage team in the country 2018, 2019, and 2020. His diverse team has raised more capital than any of his peers since his arrival at Newmark.

Mr. Stolly is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he graduated as valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.
