Dusan Panic is a Senior Analyst in the Research Group of Ariel Property Advisors. In this role, he provides sales and research support for the company’s Investment Sales and Capital Services professionals. Mr. Panic has experience evaluating a variety of property types, including multifamily, development, commercial and mixed-use assets
Mr. Panic has worked at the company since its inception. He spearheads the coordination and collection of data for the company’s highly regarded Investment Sales reports. These publications - which range from monthly and quarterly to mid-year and year-end – are widely perceived to be the most accurate in the industry and are regularly cited in major news outlets.
