Duane Wooldridge

Mr. Wooldridge is responsible for the Property Management division, ensuring successful operations of our properties and their respective teams. He oversees the day-to-day implementation of the business strategy for each asset. This includes staffing, customer service, maintenance, marketing, pricing, training, risk management, and compliance for the portfolio.

Mr. Wooldridge was previously Vice President of Operations for JBG SMITH Residential Management. During his ten years at JBGS, he oversaw all aspects of operations for up to 10,000 units with responsibility for up to 200 employees. This included extensive experience across all asset classes, including the development and opening of over a dozen new luxury properties in the Washington, DC Metro area. Prior to joining JBGS in 2008, Mr. Wooldridge worked at Archstone in the role of a Regional Operations Manager for five years.

Mr. Wooldridge has proven expertise and a keen interest in establishing and refining best-in-class operating platforms — with a focus not only on processes, but also on the customer service and employee development aspects of our industry

Mr. Wooldridge has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Linguistics and Speech from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
