Bio
Mr. Spitler joined Dermot in 2002 and currently oversees Dermot’s development activity. He has been involved with the planning, financing and construction of approximately $2 billion worth of development in New York City including 21 West End, 66 Rockwell, Hudson Crossing, The Opal and Clinton Green. Mr. Spitler handled and completed multiple real estate and financial transactions including tax-exempt bond offerings with the New York State Housing Finance Agency, Bank of America, and Fannie Mae.
