Dovid Ostrov

Mr. Ostrov joined Meridian in 1999 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President in the company's New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, shopping centers, office, and co-ops in locations including New York and New Jersey as well as across the United States.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Ostrov has negotiated more than $6.5 billion in financing across nearly 1,600 transactions.
