Bio
Dov Zabrowsky, as a seasoned underwriter and CFO at Acier Holdings, is responsible for overseeing all asset management, underwriting and the creation of structured financing options for development projects as well as stabilized assets. Prior to joining Acier, Dov was a senior underwriter in Eastern Union. After Joining Eastern in 2009, Dov quickly established himself as a problem-solver, closing some of the largest and more sophisticated loan products the company has executed. His ongoing achievements through that period, prompted the firm’s founders to tap him to build out the company’s underwriting department. Thanks to Dov’s thorough response to the promotion, the company efficiently tripled the number of loans processed per month. Due to his creative streamline process, Eastern’s underwriting team continues to play a critical role in the company’s ongoing growth.
