Douglass Johnson has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He has been involved in more than 15 million square feet of sales transactions. The total consideration for these transactions is $2.0 billion. Mr. Johnson is a part of the high-producing Capital Markets professionals within CBRE. Along with his partner Steve Preston, Douglass has executed sales on Nashville's most notable institutionally owned properties, including the TIAA-CREF One Nashville Place CBD Office Tower, Primus Headquarters Campus, Caterpillar Financial Center, L&C Tower and the 1.2 million sq ft Duke Flex Portfolio for over $200 Million. This portfolio sale surpassed the highest recorded commercial transaction in Denver history by a factor of two.
