Douglas K. Mandel is an Executive Managing Director in the Fort Lauderdale Office of Marcus & Millichap. He is also Executive Director of the firm’s Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) division and the National Office and Industrial Properties Division (NOIPG). One of the nation’s leading mid-market commercial real estate executives, Mandel joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004. He leads a team offering multiple specialties, including the marketing and sale of office, industrial, and retail assets. In addition to servicing his clients throughout the state of Florida, Mandel focuses on expanding the Capital Markets platform nationally and is a founding member of the firm’s IPA team, which bridges opportunities between private and institutional investors.

In his 20-year career, Mr. Mandel has closed over 300 transactions with an aggregate total in excess of $2.5 billion.
