Bio
As an Office Leasing and Sales Specialist, Mr. Brinkley focuses on user representation, corporate services and major agency leasing assignments for office and office/flex real estate. He also works with a broad variety of companies in a consultation, site selection and user representation capacity. Mr. Brinkley has assisted with the acquisition and disposition of multiple sites for Bravo Health, Stanley Black & Decker, MedStar, Travelers, PHH and Legg Mason. As an owner representative and project marketer, Mr. Brinkley has extensive experience creating marketing plans in the leasing and sales of office properties, representing local investors/owners and institutional owners. During the past 30+ years, he has completed transactions in excess of ten million square feet for a total transaction value of $3 billion dollars. Doug attended College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and Christ’s College in Cambridge, England.
