Doug Beck, often characterized as a trusted real estate advisor, specializes in the Office and R&D market in the Stanford Research Park, Palo Alto and surrounding cities. Doug's career was built on representing corporate clients in significant transactions through out the Americas, and he brings this detailed expertise to the local market.
Recognized as one of the top sales professional in the San Francisco Bay Area, Doug has completed over 10 million square feet of consulting and transaction assignments with an aggregate value of exceeding $2 billion. This includes completing 3 million square feet of lease, sale and build-to-suit transactions valued at $1 billion in the Stanford Research Park.
A strong financial analysis capability coupled with an expertise in process methodology has allowed Doug to consistently deliver innovative value added services to a variety of clients globally.
Before his entry into the real estate industry in 1985, he spent eight years in the U.S. Navy.
