Doug Shaw's impressive career began with the Distinguished Service Award as the top first-year salesperson. For much of the past decade, Mr. Shaw has consistently been ranked among the top brokers in his office.
An industrial specialist focusing on the Oxnard Plain cities of Camarillo, Oxnard, and Ventura, Mr. Shaw has earned the opportunity to work with many impressive clients, including Northrop Grumman, Imation, Harbor Freight Tools, Habitat for Humanity, The Rreef Funds, and Prologis Trust.
In 1999, Doug joined forces with Paul Farry and Jim Meaney. Over the past 13 years, Doug and his team members have successfully completed over 1500 lease and sales transactions totaling more than 27 million square feet of property and over 500 acres of land, with a total consideration of nearly $1.2 billion.
