Mr. Partrick has over 50 years of experience working on developments throughout Long Island, Long Island City, and Brooklyn. He is committed to building upscale residential rental communities, commercial properties, and luxury urban spaces. He has run Heatherwood on the principles of exemplary service, striking design, quality construction, and appreciation for natural beauty. It is his commitment to these principles that has made Heatherwood one of the most highly regarded leaders in the industry. Heatherwood has built over 11,000 housing units in Nassau and Suffolk counties, Brooklyn, and Queens, and has constructed and managed two world-class golf courses on Long Island.
