Doug Morrison

Mr. Morrison has a broad commercial real estate background that spans both debt and equity across all property types within various positions. He has significant underwriting and advisory experience and has also worked with tax exempt bond financing for low income and health care facilities, as well as bringing bonds to market. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Morrison was a senior project management resource at BlackRock where he ran deals and mentored and developed talent. Over the past 30 plus years, Mr. Morrison held various leadership and management positions with MONY, Hines, SunTrust, Helix, and Walker and Dunlop.
