Bio
Doug Lance is Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the sourcing of acquisitions, developments and redevelopments in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. He also oversees leasing on properties currently owned in these markets.
Mr. Lance has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in acquisitions/dispositions as well as leasing and asset management of industrial real estate. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the Market Officer (Midwest) for Dalfen Industrial. He also served in prior engagements with Welsh Property Trust and First Industrial Realty Trust. Mr. Lance is skilled in maximizing value/property performance and successfully conducting all business development and leasing functions for multi-market, large portfolios.
Mr. Lance received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate/Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and is an active member of NAIOP and The University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable organization.
