Bio
Doug oversees the value-add investment strategy and performance of office, retail, and multi-family properties in the Washington, D.C. metro area. He also works closely with Grosvenor’s development team on mixed-use multi-family development projects. Doug joined Grosvenor in 2016 with prior industry experience spanning a range of disciplines from banking to asset management. He has managed over $1.5bn in real estate assets across the United States, completed over $165m in value-add capital projects and been involved in over $380m in real estate transactions. Doug holds a Master’s in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University, is a LEED AP (legacy) and a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) as well as an active member of Urban Land Institute (ULI).
