Doug Irmscher

Doug has a big heart and a big job. As COO, he leads the day to day operations of Beacon and oversees leasing, property management, project management, marketing, and human resources. His 25 years in the real estate industry includes his service as SVP of Central Florida operations at Duke Realty Corporation, and most recently, Florida market director for JLL. We’re glad he’s made North Carolina his new home! Doug is active in the Charlotte community. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Stratford Richardson YMCA and well as a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Renaissance West Community Initiative (RWCI). He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate. Doug and his wife, Deb, have three children and live in the Dilworth neighborhood.
