Doug Hayes joined Cawley Commercial Real Estate in 2017 as a Principal spearheading the opening, growth, and management of Cawley’s City office in Chicago. He brings over thirty (30) years of real estate brokerage and development experience to Cawley which includes Industrial, Office, and Residential development and redevelopment projects.
Mr. Hayes focuses his business primarily in the city and close-in markets in Cook County. A significant segment includes last-mile facilities to accommodate users’ immediate fulfillment requirements and repositioning properties for Industrial, Office, and Residential use.
Throughout his career Hayes has brokered and assembled over 3,000 acres of industrial land in suburban Chicago for prominent developments including RidgePort Logistics Center, Rock Run Business Park, Bolingbrook Corporate Center, Corporate Crossings, and Bedford Park Corporate Center. In-city development projects include Fulton West (office), Pilsen Park Chicago (industrial), and Lourdes Hall Bridgeport (residential) in addition to multiple disposition/acquisitionand redevelopment projects.
