Doug Brown

Doug is the Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus (retired) of Regent Properties. Prior to his retirement, Doug spent more than 20 years as Regent’s Co-Managing Partner, with direct responsibility for all aspects of Regent’s business, including strategic and corporate planning, development, acquisitions, finance, leasing and management. Doug has extensive experience as an owner, developer and operator of a wide variety of asset classes, including Regent’s approximately 8 million square foot portfolio of office, retail and mixed use properties and its more than 11,000 acres of land. Doug is a cum laude graduate of the Wharton School of Business and Finance of the University of Pennsylvania, and received his JD degree from UCLA, where he graduated Order of the Coif. Doug serves on the board of multiple business, civic and charitable organizations.
