Bio

Doug Altemuehle serves as an executive managing director in the Cincinnati office of Newmark, where he specializes in the sale and leasing of major office properties. Mr. Altemuehle's responsibilities include tenant and landlord representation, corporate headquarters, asset acquisition and disposition, lease audit and management, investment analysis, opinion of value analysis and multi-market office requirements. Mr. Altemuehle joined the company after a career of more than 27 years at West Shell Commercial/Colliers International and a five-year career at Cincinnati Commercial, REALTORS (CCR).

 

Over the course of a nearly 35-year real estate career, Mr. Altemuehle has successfully completed more than $1.5 billion in sale and lease transactions totaling more than 100 million square feet. He has represented the largest institutional owners and Fortune 500 companies in the Cincinnati market. In the last five years, he has completed 100% of the major office transactions in Cincinnati for existing buildings over 150,000 square feet. Mr. Altemuehle's office listing portfolio currently totals over 2 million square feet.
