Donna VanSchagen joined Lee & Associates Boston in 2020 and currently serves as the Director of Operations and Marketing for the firm. With 25+ years of marketing experience, combined with her expertise in the commercial real estate industry, Donna is instrumental in leading the marketing and communication efforts for the firm and has streamlined processes and systems which has helped the Lee Boston office emerge as a local leader in the Boston market and accelerate the continued growth of the team.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates Boston, Donna was Vice President of Marketing and Communications for SVN International Corp. where she was responsible for the corporate marketing direction and strategy and advised the 250+ franchises with their marketing, social media and public relations efforts.

Donna, a life-long Boston (area) resident, grew up on the South Shore, is a 3rd generation graduate of Boston University and currently lives in Westwood, MA with her family. When she's not working, Donna can be found in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont in the middle of the woods at her family home.
